Thelma Golden & Dr. Julie Crooks in Conversation
The Wedge Lecture is a two-day program with a focus on Black identity and contemporary art, which will include a public conversation and private workshop. For this inaugural event, WCP partnered with Luminato Festival, Toronto’s International Festival of Art and Ideas, to host Thelma Golden, Director and Chief Curator of the Studio Museum in Harlem, in conversation with Dr. Julie Crooks, Curator, Arts of Global Africa and the Diaspora at the Art Gallery of Ontario.
